Fall 2025 Registration Refund Policy
Dropped Players, Disbanded Teams, and Late Registration
Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with a copy of the receipt and/or the order confirmation.
The AYSO National Membership Player fee of $25.00 is non-refundable.
- Players who drop for any reason must notify the region in writing on or before June 30, 2025 for a refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership Player fee ($25.00).
- Players who drop before August 1, 2025 must notify the region in writing to receive a 50% refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership Player fee ($25.00).
- No refunds after August 1, 2025, except for medical reasons accompanied with a Doctor’s note or reasons approved by the RC.
- Disbanded Teams due to lack of a coach or players will receive a refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership Player fee ($25.00).
- The Region will not change a player’s team for any reason.
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE END OF THE SEASON
Requests that are not complete will not be processed
Registration Fee includes:
Player registration processing fee, AYSO National Membership Player Fee (non-refundable), AYSO Area Registration Fee, player uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks)

to the first practice/session:
- soccer cleats
- shin guards
- soccer ball
